You're swamped. You've turned 40, had your own mortality stare you back, and with everything else you've got on, looking after yourself sits right at the bottom of the list. You've tried the sensible way and you've tried the extreme way. Neither one stuck. This time we do it in an order that actually works.
One to one · built on your own data · a plan that survives a real week

Let's be honest. It was never really about the information. You've read the books, done the challenges, followed the plans. You already know what to do.
What's stopped you isn't willpower and it isn't discipline. It's everything from the neck up. Why you start. Why you stop. The story you've quietly told yourself for years about what you can and can't stick to.
That's the work no plan touches, and almost no coach does it with you. It's the reason the same thing keeps happening. And it's exactly where we start.
Sort that, and the training and the food stop being a battle. You stop fighting yourself to follow the plan. That's when it finally holds. The body follows.
The other half of it is order. Drop the fat, fix the diet, build the engine, get strong, all starting Monday. That's what everyone tells you to do and it's the fastest way to fail. We phase it instead. One thing at a time, in the order that makes the next thing easier.
If this is you
The middle path
Most coaching lands at one of two dead ends. Too slow to ever add up, or too extreme to keep going for more than a few weeks. Base Camp works on the small number of habits that actually shift your body, and builds them into the week you already have. It fits around your life. It doesn't become it.
A full blood panel, reviewed by a doctor. We find out what's actually going on in your body before we plan a thing.
Designed for the life you lead now, with the travel and the kids and the late meetings in it. Three sessions, not six. Nothing you can't keep up when the week goes sideways.
We cut the noise and work on the small handful of habits that actually change how you look and feel. Then we make them stick.
Inside Base Camp
A full blood panel, reviewed by a doctor, so your plan is built on your actual numbers instead of a template.
We work out where you actually want to get to, and what's been stopping you, before we touch a single workout.
One plan across the three things that move together, built around your schedule, your travel and your real week.
A call every week for the first six weeks while the habits form, then every fortnight as they hold. Around eleven across the 16 weeks.
I'm on the other end of a message the whole way through, for the questions that can't wait for the next call.
We steady things first, then strip the fat, then build the momentum that carries on long after week 16.

The founding offer
What you get
The founding rate is the lowest Base Camp will ever be, and it runs out at ten clients, not on a date. We'll talk numbers on the call.
Ascend is the latest iteration of my coaching programme. The founding rate applies to the first ten clients, then it goes up.
A refund clause would cheapen this, and it tends to attract the wrong person. So here's what you get instead. Your plan is built on your own data, not a guess. I'll tell you the truth about what's working and what isn't. And I'll only take you on if I'm genuinely sure I can help. We measure it, I'm straight with you, and we start when it's right.

About
Founder, Forbes Performance. 24 years coaching.
I've spent 24 years helping people change their health for good. A few years back my own blood work started heading the wrong way. I fixed it the same way I coach: with data, a few of the right habits, and no extremes. It came back around without medication. That's the work. Not a shred you can't keep up, not a plan you've quit by spring. A few things that matter, done properly, with someone in your corner the whole way.
Questions
Fair question. And if you want someone to count your reps three times a week, get a good PT, if you can find one. That's not what this is. If it were that simple, you'd already have the results you're after. A PT trains you for an hour. Your body gets built in the other 165: how you sleep, what you eat when no one's watching, how you hold it together the week life goes sideways. Then the social side, the meal out, the work trip, the big weekend, where most people's only options are stick to the plan or blow it completely. Two real differences. You keep a PT forever, but the 16 weeks install a system that holds on its own. And the real cost is over time: a PT at £1,200 a month is £14,400 a year, and it never ends. So it's not this or a PT. It's whether you rent the result three times a week forever, or own it.
Yes, it's the whole point. Your plan is built on your actual numbers, not a template. You order the bloods through my link, a doctor reads them, and I coach you through the response. We'll go through how the bloods work, and what they cost, on the call.
A call every week for the first six weeks, then every fortnight, so around eleven across the 16 weeks. Plus WhatsApp whenever you need me. The habits are built to fit your week, not take it over.
Most people carry on with me one to one, on-tap, as much or as little as they need, for a fraction of what Base Camp costs. Base Camp is the start of the climb, not the end of it. But there's no obligation to stay.
No money-back guarantee, and that's on purpose. It's the wrong fit for close one-to-one work. Instead we measure everything, I'm honest with you the whole way, and I only start if I think I can help. If I don't, I'll say so.
Book a free 30-minute call. It's a proper conversation to see if we're a good fit, with no hard sell. If it's right, we get going.
There are ten founding places. If you've been meaning to sort this out for a while and never quite got to it, let's have a proper conversation about doing it once and doing it properly. This is your window.
