Who we are

This site is run by Forbes Performance Ltd ("we", "us"), the business behind Ascend and Coach Dan Forbes. If you have any question about your data, email dan@forbesperformance.co.uk.

What this site collects

Very little. There are no sign-up forms on this site and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Other services the site uses

A few outside services help the site work, and each one handles some data under its own privacy policy:

• Calendly, when you book a call. You give them your name, email and anything you choose to add, and we receive that booking.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Like any web host it keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• Adobe Fonts, which serves the typefaces. Your browser contacts Adobe to load them.
• YouTube, but only if you press play on a video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you do.

If you book a call or become a client

We use your booking details to hold the call and follow up with you about it. If you go on to work with us, we'll explain at the start what information coaching involves (for example health, training and blood test results), why we need it, how it's kept and how long for. We only use it to coach you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email us and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
